Sarah's stage ambition

As TV execs tighten their purse strings, budding actress Sarah Harding has now set her sights on a career on the stage as she plans her life after Girls Aloud.Sarah, 27, who appears with 22-year-old Alfie Allen in the forthcoming TV drama Freefall, told me during a recent trip to the theatre that she is planning to “branch out into acting more this year”.“Acting is harder, but it stretches me more,” revealed the stunning blonde, who laughed off rumours that she is working on a solo album. “It’s going to be harder for me to get into TV drama, as it’s all about reality TV shows at the moment,” she added.“So I’m looking into theatre as an option. I’ll have to prove myself, but it’s really worthwhile.”
