As her admiring boyfriend Tom Crane looks on the singer shows him her bikni tan marks on her chest and rear.
A happy Tom even appears to point with laughter at burn marks as the couple happily enjoy their holiday, which began in the early hours of last Sunday.
The couple have had an enjoyable break away with friends and were often seen out partying and recovering the next day with a glass of champagne and a kip on the sun loungers.
Throughout her break she seems to have changed outfits regularly with pictures of her in different swimsuits emerging constantly.
Girls Aloud took a break last year as several of the members pursued solo projects. Harding played the leading role of Roxy in St Trinian's 2: The Legend Of Fritton's Gold and has appeared in independent film Bad Day and the BBC drama Freefall. She has been concentrating on her acting career as well as singing.
The holiday started out as it continued with Harding partying until 3am in Kanaloa bar in London, catching a flight just hours later to the islands.

However since settling down with DJ Tom the infamous party girl has been leading a bit of a quieter life recently as she concentrated on her career.

Yesterday, Sarah Harding had not one but two glasses of bubbly in hand.
But it seems the Girls Aloud party animal was in need of some rehydration as she hit the beach in Barbados for day two of her sunshine break.
The singer, 28, who is holidaying with boyfriend Tom Crane and a group of friends stuck to water as she relaxed on her sun lounger today.

Meanwhile DJ Tom opted for the hair of the dog with a cool glass of lager.
Dressed in a zebra print bikini, St Trinian's star Sarah enjoyed a kiss from her other half and was also spotted reading a book as she chilled out.
On Monday she wore an on-trend cut away swimsuit and a black sarong as she signalled to her friends to come and join her - and sip champagne.

She was always the hardest-partying member of Girls Aloud.
But recently Sarah Harding has been living a slightly quieter life as she concentrated on her boyfriend, DJ Tom Crane, and her acting career.
Now it seems she has thrown herself back into the swing of things as she holidays on Barbados.

The 28-year-old flew out for a luxurious break with her boyfriend and a select group of friends on Sunday.
Just hours before that she was spotted looking a little sleepy in the back of a after partying at a London club.
It didn't take long for her to get into the holiday spirit, drinking champagne on the beach today with Tom, playing in the sea and relaxing on sun loungers.
The singer wore an on-trend cut away swimsuit and a black sarong as she signalled to her friends to come and join her - and sip champagne.

And she looked a little more lively than the day she arrived - then she had relaxed on the beach and enjoyed the late afternoon sun.
It appears that she needs the break after she fell asleep in a taxi on the way home after a night out on Saturday, and looked like she had forgotten how to party.
The singer was looking more dishevelled as she left the club than she has done for some months.
She has begun to favour the quiet life recently, preferring to put her feet up at home rather than dancing on the tables.

She is focusing more on her acting skills, and when while Girls Aloud took a break last year, Miss Harding played the leading role of Roxy in St Trinian's 2: The Legend Of Fritton's Gold.
She has also appeared in independent film Bad Day and the BBC drama Freefall.
But even though she had a flight to catch, the Girls Aloud singer didn't leave Kanaloa club - which she part owns - until gone 3am.
It gave her just four hours to wash, change and check in for the Caribbean holiday.
