Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding shares her Barbados good stuff
Now this looks like a relaxing day on the beach – Sarah plays chess with her boyfriend Tom Crane in Barbados.
And she’s such a sweetie that’s she come back from her holidays and answered a few questions on all the good stuff that she loves, from pamper days to Kate Moss to facebook, happy reading.

Sun, sea, sand, romance and friendship. This has been the perfect getaway. The House hotel where we were staying had the best service I’ve ever encountered and the staff catered to every need. Barbados is a great place to relax but also if you want to party and enjoy the Bajan hospitality, then going out in the evening is a must. There are colorful boutiques, flamboyant characters, delicious restaurants and breathtaking views.
Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud has recently been making a splash in the press as she’s been sunning herself in Barbados with a few close friends. She’s taken some time out to chat to us about her good stuff and also answer questions from some of our friends and followers on facebook and twitter.
Sarah, what’s your favourite West End theatre show?Wicked. I went with Kimberley and Caprice to see the show and I absolutely loved it. I’d love to see Les Misérables and I feel very guilty about the fact I haven’t seen it. The other two I want to see are Dirty Dancing and We Will Rock You.
Do you enjoy having a pamper at spas?
Yes, it’s one of my guilty pleasures. I like to go on my own or with a group of girls. One of my favorites is The Grove in Hertfordshire and I really want to go to the Royal Day Spa in Tunbridge Wells. I love having a massage and facials are great.
What’s your perfect weekend get away?
I love going on weekend breaks especially to Venice and Paris – which I think is the most romantic break in the world! Somewhere I would really like to go is the Lake District as I hear it’s absolutely beautiful.
Where do you like to eat out?
Obviously I would have to say Kanaloa – my nightclub I run with my boyfriend, Tom Crane. But I’m also a big fan of Gilgamesh, Automat and Scotts.

Kate Moss – she’s cool and can pull off casual and glamorous. She’s like a chameleon – stylish and sexy. I also really admire Gwen Stefani’s look.
Where is your favourite lastminute.com destination and why?
Well I have to say here at The House hotel. It’s the first time I’ve used lastminute.com , but it certainly wont be the last – excuse the pun!
What projects have you got coming up this year?
I’m working on a couple of movies, writing some solo music and also concentrating on breeding my dog and finishing off my new home in the country.
Of all the places you have been what’s your favourite and why?
I love the Maldives for the sea and the snorkelling and of course the sun.

Sarah Harding Goes All Daisy Duke
SARAH HARDING's holiday wardrobe is showing no signs of fatigue.
The GIRLS ALOUD singer is currently enjoying a sunshine break in Barbados with boyfriend DJ TOM CRANE and her formidable supply of bikinis.
During her latest sunning session, she went all Daisy Duke by donning a pair of denim hotpants.
What wasn't surprising, however, was the sight of Sarah with customary drink in hand.
We bet it wasn't Lilt, either.

The Girls Aloud star stepped out to the sand in a pair of tiny denim hotpants and a bright peach bikini top.
She teamed the look with white sunglasses and sandals, as well as a headscarf to keep her blonde mane in place.

A week into her Barbados break and Sarah Harding is still pulling some stunning beachwear out the bag.
And yesterday was no exception as she showed off her amazing figure in a sexy cut-away silver swimsuit.
The Girls Aloud star, who is holidaying with boyfriend Tom Crane and a group of friends, took to the beach for a spot of sunbathing and frolics in the sea.

At one point, however, the 28-year-old was taken by surprise when she was drenched by a wave while she lay on the sand reading a book.
The singer swiftly rolled onto her front and attempted to hoist herself up whilst trying to keep her already dog-eared book from getting soaked.
Her DJ lover Tom also found time to get to grips with Sarah and was spotted cheekily twanging the strap attaching the two parts of her swimsuit.

After knocking back too many bottles of Piper Heidsieck champagne, the sexy liquid guzzler started singing really loudly at her table, much to the disgust of the toffee-nosed diners around her.
Our Caribbean source said: “Sarah was on fire. She was having a right laugh with her mates and boyfriend Tommy."
“They were drinking copious bottles of champagne when suddenly Sarah started getting rowdy singing 4 Non Blondes really loudly at her table."
“They were in Lexy Piano Bar and most of the posh clientele looked surprised by Sarah’s drunken singing.”
Oh, come on, booze and singing go hand in hand.
But our spy added: “By the end of the night, Sarah had everyone up dancing and doing karaoke classics. For an hour the whole Japanese restaurant erupted into song. The diners were belting out classics like Mustang Sally and Elton John’s Can You Feel The Love Tonight.”
Sarah, who’s on a Lastminute.com holiday on the island, also added some nifty snorkelling action to her schedule.

They may be bandmates, but it seems that Girls Aloud stars Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding could do with a catch-up.
